The Mad Collab 2026 - Vendor Registration

THE MAD COLLAB BLOCK PARTY RETURNS! Our community will once again witness a blend of creativity and and collaboration amongst the local businesses that help fuel our island! Last year we had over 5,000 attendees and 40 collabs unite in Hagåtña.

This year, GuamTime is proudly collaborating with the Guam Visitors Bureau as we bring the celebration to the Tumon Night Market on Sunday, May 3, 2026. 

Vendor Registration is now open until February 20 or until slots are sold out. Space is limited.

KEY VENDOR INFORMATION

• YOU MUST COLLAB WITH ANOTHER VENDOR


• GuamTime/GVB will provide canopy and lights for booth space. We will not provide a power source.


• Vendors will provide their own supplies, such as tables, chairs, trash bins, generators, etc.


• Vendors will be responsible for trash in your area.


• Your collab store must be completely setup no later than 3:00 PM on event day.


• Setup will be at 1:00pm on Sunday, May 9


• Breakdown will be at 9:00p.m on Sunday, May 9


• Vendors are encouraged to promote their collab store and The Mad Collab Block Party on your business social media platforms no later than Thursday, April 23 (10 days before the event)


• Vendors are encouraged to tag and collaborate with @guamtime, @marketbuzz.gu, and @guamvisitorsbureau on social accounts


• Retail Vendors must have their business licenses up to date.


• Food Vendors must have their permits, and certificates up to date and present at the event. 


• Additional details on setup and breakdown will be provided after registration confirmation.
