Preparing for Wrestling Camp

To make the most of this experience, it's important to come prepared. Below is a checklist of items you'll need to bring:

Essential Items

1. Water


2. Workout Clothes - Wear comfortable and breathable workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Consider moisture-wicking fabrics to help keep you dry.


3. Extra Change of Clothes (optional)


4. Wrestling Shoes (optional) - Although not mandatory, wrestling shoes are encouraged.
