The Sen Guaiya Håo Guåhan Youth Leadership Academy invites young leaders to step into their power and become the changemakers of tomorrow. This one-of-a-kind program empowers youth to embrace and preserve CHamoru culture, while cultivating the leadership skills necessary to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Through engaging activities such as dance, music, chant, writing, and creative mentorship, participants will not only learn about their heritage, but will also be equipped to take on leadership roles and preserve the traditions of CHamoru culture for future generations. This immersive experience will help shape confident, creative leaders who will make meaningful contributions to our shared cultural identity.
